Terms and Conditions

By booking an Art of Tennis Retreat, you are securing access to an  exclusive experience curated and delivered by two entities: Miriam's Culinary Experience LLC – the official organizer and contracting party, based in Oregon, United States & The Art of Tennis Retreat – our trusted local partner in France, responsible for selected on-site services.

Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of $990 (or equivalent) confirms your place.

The remaining balance must be settled no later than 5 weeks prior to the retreat.

Bookings are strictly personal and non-transferable unless approved in writing.

Program Adjustments

While every effort is made to maintain the published itinerary, the organizer reserves the right to adjust elements due to weather, availability, or unforeseen circumstances, always ensuring experiences of equal or superior standard.

Deposit: strictly non-refundable.

Cancellations more than 5 weeks prior: balance (excluding deposit) refunded.

Cancellations less than 5 weeks prior: no refund available.

Force majeure (government restrictions, natural disasters, travel bans): the organizer may reschedule or issue a retreat credit valid for 18 months.

Our retreats combine sport, wellness, and cultural discovery. Participation in all activities (tennis, fitness, excursions, tastings, etc.) is voluntary and at your own risk. Neither Miriam's Culinary Experience LLC or The Art of Tennis Retreat can be held liable for injuries, medical incidents, or personal property loss.

Guests are required to hold comprehensive travel insurance covering:

Medical care & emergency evacuation

Cancellation & trip interruption

Participation in sports activities

Our retreats are intimate and high-level. Guests are expected to respect the property, staff, and fellow participants at all times.

Excessive consumption of alcohol, disruptive behavior, or disregard of safety instructions may lead to exclusion from activities or the retreat, without refund.

Any damage to the property or equipment will be charged directly to the guest responsible.

Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat and used in our marketing or social media. By booking, you consent to appearing in this content unless you request otherwise in writing.

Retreats are curated and sold by Miriam's Culinary Experience LLC, incorporated in Oregon, United States.

Selected on-site services (gastronomy, coaching, activities) are provided by The Art of Tennis Retreat based in Maisons-Alfort, France.
